I had a feeling that some items weren't moving off the shelf fast enough and there was a sense of slight dinginess to the environment. They had that old timey feel and there's a nice apple selection. I felt compared to the 12$ in Safari Edventure down in Homestead, FL this place was a little bit disappointing for the 10$ I paid to get in to just see the animals, but again it's all for the support of a charity.įarmer's market was alright. Again, the 5$ is going for a good cause, and you do get to take pics with the kangaroo. It's a family who does the show and tell and they rescued the animals from someone who couldn't care for them anymore. The exotic animals were sloth, lemur, anteater, kangaroo, and zebra. It costs another 5$ to see the exotic animals. I think 5$ is alright, and it's good for supporting the animals' care, but I kinda wished that had other stuff besides the goats. It costs 5$ to enter the petting zoo area- that's the goats.

So I recommend to get your 4$ worth, come during a peak season. I recommend coming when they have pumpkins or something in harvest because otherwise it's just a lot of green barren plants you see, it costs 4$ to ride that wagon around anyways. Needless to say, I must have come on a down season. I drove up there on a Sunday morning to check it out. Main high yield info: charming farmer's market that brings a tinge of NE fall farm appeal that has a small petting zoo and should go when there's actual crops around. I got hyped with the whole farmer's market thing and animals in the back. If you're someone who just wants a taste of nostalgic Farm fall moment, then this place will quench it, especially if you come for harvest season for like pumpkins.
